30-Day Returns
Mucheous accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unaltered and still have their original tags and packaging.

How to Get Return Authorization
We offer two ways:

  • Self-Service (Recommended): Log in to the Mucheous website, go to “My Orders,” find the item you want to return, and click “Request Return.” The system will automatically generate a return authorization code.
  • Contact Customer Support: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you quickly with the next steps.

Please Note: You must obtain an official authorization code before mailing your package back. Unauthorized returns are likely to get lost in our warehouse or cause major delays.

Refund Information
Once your return package arrives at our distribution center:

  • Quality Check: We verify that the item is still in “brand new and unused” condition.
  • Initiate Refund: After approval, we immediately refund you through your original payment method.
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank, it usually takes a few business days for the funds to appear.
  • Email Notification: The system will automatically send you an email once the refund is complete.

Exchange Information
Exchanges also require a return authorization, and we can only ship the replacement after we receive the original items.

  • We keep exchange inventory for popular sizes and styles so you wait less.
  • Any price difference will be handled based on current pricing – we’ll charge or refund accordingly.
  • Domestic exchanges due to sizing issues are free; international exchanges require additional shipping payment.

Return Tips
To make your return go smoothly, please keep these in mind:

  • Keep It Like New: Items must be unwashed and unused, just as you received them.
  • Ship Separately: If you’re returning items from multiple orders, pack and ship them separately. Combining different orders will significantly slow down processing.
  • If returned items show signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage, Mucheous reserves the right to refuse the refund or deduct an amount based on the situation.

Special Circumstances

  • Gift Returns: We’ll need the recipient’s information and the original order number to process properly.
  • Duplicate Orders: If you let us know promptly, we’ll prioritize your return and waive any restocking fees.
  • Fit Issues: Can be resolved through our exchange program. Our styling team is also available for detailed size advice.
  • Holiday Returns: Return windows are extended during holidays as announced each season.
  • Defective Items: We’ll handle your return with expedited processing.
